Who is responsible

The data controller for this website is Adsfair BV, Albert Plesmanplein 20, 2805 AB Gouda, The Netherlands (KVK 60126035), trading as FormReady.

The short version

Your photo never leaves your device. Face detection, cropping, background replacement and compliance checks run inside your browser using on-device models. FormReady has no server that receives, stores or can see your selfie or the finished photo.

What we process, and where

• Photos and biometric features. Processed locally in your browser only. Not transmitted, not stored by us. Closing the tab removes everything.
• Payment data. Handled by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the seller and processes your name, email address, billing country and card or wallet details under its own privacy policy. We receive a transaction ID, the product purchased, the country of purchase and the email address on the receipt so we can handle support and refunds, never card numbers.
• Advertising attribution. If you arrive through an advertisement, a click identifier from the ad network may be stored in your browser and passed to the network when a purchase completes, so the network can measure that the campaign led to a sale. It contains no personal or photo data.
• Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention, retained for a limited period.

Model downloads

On first use your browser downloads two small machine-learning models (face landmarks and person segmentation) from a content delivery network. This is a normal file download; no photo data is sent in return.

Your rights

Because we hold no photo data, there is nothing to delete or export on that side. For payment records, contact us or Paddle to exercise access, correction or deletion rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA and equivalent laws.

Children

Parents and guardians may use FormReady to create photos of their children. The same on-device processing applies; no child image is ever transmitted to us.

Cookies

We set no advertising or analytics cookies. The browser's session storage holds your ad click identifier and the unlock token for a paid photo until you close the tab. Paddle sets cookies inside its checkout overlay to complete the payment.
