A small tool for a small, universal annoyance.
FormReady exists because almost every official process ends with a photo upload that fails, and the portal never says why. We wanted a fix that works from a phone, in a minute, without handing a face to another server.
FormReady is a product of Adsfair BV, a Dutch company registered in Gouda since 2014 (KVK 60126035, VAT NL853775485B01). We build small internet products; FormReady is one of them. It is not affiliated with any government, embassy, examination board or employer.
What we promise
Your photo stays on your deviceFace detection, cropping and background replacement run inside your browser with on-device models. We have no server that receives, stores or can see your selfie. You can verify this in your browser's network inspector while processing: no image is uploaded.
You see the result before you payThe full compliance report and a watermarked preview are free. Payment only unlocks the download.
Two guarantees, both in writingFourteen days to change your mind for any reason, and sixty days of acceptance guarantee if an authority rejects a photo that passed all checks. Where the rules come from
The 59 specifications covering 39+ countries are taken from the published requirements of each authority (passport offices, visa portals, examination boards) and from ICAO Document 9303, the international standard for machine-readable travel document photos. The database was last reviewed on 13 September 2026. Authorities change rules; if you find one we have wrong, email us and we will correct it and credit you if you wish.
What FormReady does not do
It does not alter your faceCropping, scaling, background replacement and file encoding only. No retouching, no beautifying.
It does not submit anything for youYou download the file and upload it to the portal yourself; we never touch your application.
It does not guarantee acceptance of amber warningsAmber items are usually accepted but the guarantee covers only photos that passed every check.
